AI makes a polished package easy to produce

所以对升学来说，真正值得回答的问题变成了：这是孩子自己做的吗？他当时是怎么想的？这个项目营的做法很简单：让孩子真的做成一件事，把过程留下来，让别人看得见。

So for admissions, the question worth answering becomes: did the child do this themselves, and how were they thinking at the time? The camp’s approach is simple: let the child actually get one thing done, keep the process, and let others see it.

At the end of camp, we look for

作品能运行，并且已经被真实使用者用过。The work runs, and real users have already used it.
孩子能讲清每个关键决定的理由。The child can explain the reasons behind every key decision.
和第 0 周记录的起点相比，有看得见的提高。Compared with the starting point recorded in week 0, there is visible improvement.
档案记录完整，人与 AI 的边界可以核对。The record is complete, and the human–AI boundary can be checked.

如果有一项没有达到：继续迭代，或者如实写进档案。不会由导师或家长代为补上。

If any one is not met: we keep iterating, or record it in the dossier as it is. Neither mentor nor parent fills the gap for the child.

“好”是相对孩子自己的起点来说的，不和别人比，也不取决于招生官的认可。

“Good” is measured against the child’s own starting point — not against other children, and not by an admissions officer’s approval.

我们坚持的五件事Five things we hold to

说到的，做到；做不到的，不说。

We do what we say, and we don’t say what we can’t do.

孩子自己做。The child does the work.导师指导，不代做。Mentors guide; they do not do it for the child.
不包装。No packaging.不夸大，不编造。No exaggeration, no invention.
标明 AI。AI is labeled.每个关键环节，标明哪些是孩子的判断，哪些是 AI 的工作。At every key step, we mark which judgments were the child’s and which work was the AI’s.
重视真实反馈。Real feedback matters.作品要给真实的人用，听真实的声音。The work goes to real people, and we listen to real voices.
不承诺录取。No admissions promise.录取由招生方决定。我们承诺的，是作品、过程和记录。Admissions are decided by the schools. What we promise is the work, the process, and the record.

家长的角色：试用、提意见、帮孩子找到真实使用者。不替孩子做决定。

The parent’s role: try it, give feedback, and help the child find real users. Not making decisions for the child.
